the virgin festival, or virgin freefest, is free this year… as a festival should be when the lineup only includes 2 groups worth seeing (the national and st. vincent). free tickets will be available for claiming through ticketmaster on saturday, but the “presale” starts in just a couple hours. can’t confirm for sure, but i’ve heard the presale password is FESTER. like the uncle. try it out here at 10am. honestly i’m not sure it’s worth the effort… but wanted to get the word out in case anyone cares.
