one of my favorite local releases this year has to be neil cotterill’s debut album moonshot. but i couldn’t post on neil without first mentioning what lead me to him– his excellent former band sylvan screen. the band took their name from the song “the sylvan screen” from the olivia tremor control’s black foliage- [...]
